Village Tech Returns Policy
At Village Tech, we prioritize the quality and freshness of our products. Due to the perishable nature of our items, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been opened or tampered with. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will gladly refund or replace any defective products.
24-Hour Return Policy
You have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return for defective products.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it.
- Be unopened and unused.
- Include tags and original packaging.
- Have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, contact us at info@villagetech.co.zw within 24 hours of receiving your item. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the defective item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Information
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method or provided with a voucher within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at admin@villagetech.co.zw
